MaryAnn Smeraldi: Practicing Yoga Asana since 2001 I live life with joy and appreciation knowing that everything works out for the best. Empowered and liberated by my practice I've developed a happy life of self-acceptance and love. The freedom I've found through my Yoga practice lead me to teach, acquiring my 500 hr certification from Always At Aum Yoga School. Celebrating 12 years of teaching,I ask my students to consider the art of cultivating mindfulness, self- love, and appreciation. A strong daily meditation practice is a mainstay in my life and I encourage students to carve out time for this priceless gift of quieting the mind to develop personal freedom and focus. My philosophy is simple; we become what we think about, so let's choose thoughts that manifest happiness, make us feel fully alive, in body, mind and spirit !
