SMILE

 

We move through our day busy and focused.  We get lost in deadlines, timelines and rush endlessly as the Universe offers infinite opportunities to bless another with simple acts of random kindness. Maybe something as simple as a smile or a kind gesture, holding a door or allowing someone to pass as they move on their way could shift the landscape of a strangers day.  We possess Power that can positively impact the life of another.

To where do we rush that it's so inconvenient to hold a door or pick up something someone’s dropped, muster a smile or say Good Day? Can we find it in ourselves to make an effort to brighten our communities with a bit of considerate and polite behavior? I know we can... It takes little effort and barely a moment. 

Do we see one another? Are we so busy that others become invisible and unimportant ?  Remember in our own desire to be visible and validated we set the tone... We have the choice to use our intentions and modify our behavior spreading the energy of Kindness.  It goes a long way and most incredibly, it is totally FREE.....  Free to give and free to receive, no attachment, no expectation. 

Todays Empowering Tip... As the day moves on take a moment and use the Power of Action from the heart and share freely random kindness... Know that somehow, someway someone will be impacted and the energy of the Universe will be better for it. It is simple, quick and free....

Remember that we get what we give. When we give kindness we get that in return. The Law of Attraction says that what is focused upon, what is felt in the heart comes back in manifestation. Power lies in the knowing that we can design our day, good or bad.
